19 years of smoking and many quit attempts later. I realized smoking is a difficult habit to break, and it has real health impacts. I quit and relapsed so many times in the past. But I'm not going to give up on quitting. After every unsuccessful quit, I gained insight on how to do it right or at least better than before.
